THE CHALLENGE: MAKING MAINTENANCE FEEL PREMIUM — Repairable products usually announce themselves with the wrong vocabulary. Framework had to make modularity feel calm, precise, and intentional rather than improvised.

THE SOLUTION: TRANSPARENCY WITHOUT NOSTALGIA — This is not a beige tower reborn as a laptop. It is a contemporary machine that treats repair as a native gesture: remove, replace, return to work.
DESIGN AUTOPSY: THREE QUIET REVERSALS — The screw becomes a sign of trust. The port becomes a user decision rather than a corporate forecast. The manual becomes part of the product experience.
THE BIGGER IDEA: OWNERSHIP AS UX — The most interesting interface is the moment a user realizes the machine was designed to let them intervene without fear.
CONCLUSION: THE FUTURE HAS VISIBLE SEAMS — Framework proves that repairability can look like restraint, confidence, and long-term respect. The seam is no longer a defect. It is the promise.
